Continuous Monitoring

The raw Vision Event stream from CCTV/webcam feeds running --continuous on the Local Processing Node, plus checkout/stocktaking captures. Monitoring only ever surfaces signals here — it never adjusts Inventory directly; stock_variance hints (an item that stopped being observed where it was last seen) are for a human to investigate via a stock-taking count or manual adjustment.
